The Twin Rooms are large and spacious and sleep up to four guests. It is filled with Canadian furniture as a nod to our Canadian heritage. Further hotel perks include a guest laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.
Twin Bedrooms and King Suites at Future Inn Cardiff
The King Suites are twice the size of our twin rooms. Each King Suite has a large bedroom with a King sized bed and a separate living room with a sofa, which can be changed into a bed. Meaning the room can sleep up to four guests. An exclusive welcome pack will be waiting for you in your room, which includes a bottle of Cava, a bowl of fresh fruit and large bottles of chilled still and sparkling water.
Future Inn Cardiff Bay is so close to all the action. Across the road from the hotel is the Red Dragon Centre, where there is bowling, a games arcade, and a cinema. A short walk from the hotel is Mermaid Quay, the heart of Cardiff Bay, where you can walk the Cardiff Bay Barrage, see a show at the Wales Millennium Centre or explore Techniquest, the science discovery centre. Get out on the water with sailing activities and white water rafting, or visit Flat Holm Island. There is also ice skating and a swimming pool at the Cardiff International Sports Village.
Future Inns is a cycle-friendly hotel. Enjoy the sea air by walking or cycling the Bay Trail. The full route is just over 6.2 miles, with art and heritage exhibitions along the way and a variety of cafés and ice cream parlours to keep you going. The children’s menu has something for foodie kids or those who may be a bit fussier. If you are letting them have a sweet treat too, options include chocolate cake, ice cream or a sticky toffee pudding. All washed down with bottomless squash, or you can have juice, milk, water or a fizzy drink.
