Plymouth Argyle F.C play their home games at Home Park, known as The Theatre of Greens, since 1901. The team compete in The Championship, the second tier of the English Football League.

The club has the nickname of "The Pilgrims", after the religious group that left Plymouth for the New World in 1620. The club crest even features the Mayflower, the name of the ship that arrived in Massachusetts. The team play in green and white.

Getting to Home Park

By Car Plymouth FC is a 10-minute drive or taxi ride from Future Inn Plymouth. Outland Road Car Park, adjacent to Home Park, is a large free car park that is available on match days. It does fill up quickly, so early arrival is recommended.
By Bus It takes 15 minutes to get to Plymouth F.C by bus. These include the 101, 103 and 34 from outside the hotel on William Prance Road.
By Bike, it takes 15 minutes to cycle to Plymouth Argyle FC. Future Inn Plymouth is a cycle-friendly hotel, and we allow guests to keep bikes in their rooms, with cycle mats supplied.
On Foot It would take around 45 minutes to walk from the hotel via Tavistock Road.
