Afternoon tea must be pre-booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A deposit is required, but the remaining balance can be paid for on the day. This is non-refundable and non-amendable if you cancel your table or change your numbers. Larger tables may be asked for the full payment in advance.

Disabled Access
The open-plan restaurant is on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly, there is no accessible toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Free Parking
Guests at Fishbone Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice.
Terms and Conditions
All Christmas menus are subject to availability. Not available on Christmas Day. Pre-booking is required at least 24 hours in advance. A £5 deposit per person may be required. The remaining balance can be settled on the day. Larger tables may be asked for full payment in advance. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
