This coveted award programme celebrates travellers’ favourite hotels, restaurants and airlines around the world, honouring 4,817 unique businesses this year. Winners are calculated based on the quality and quantity of the millions of reviews, opinions and ratings collected on Tripadvisor in 2019, before the pandemic. With over 8.7 million businesses listed on Tripadvisor, these awards are a testament to the service and quality that winners consistently provide to their guests.

Great stay. COVID-19 restrictions in place, easy to follow. Helpful staff, easy check-in, near to attractions & shopping. Car parking was free and easy to find. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Well run, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast. Was a bit worried about going on a trip during the pandemic (we needed to see my stepson), but the hotel was clean and well organised for social distancing. In a really good location, so will return. Great breakfast delivered to our room after a quiet night's sleep. Free on-site parking. Really nice staff.

Nice evening. Had a very enjoyable trip here. Check-in was nice and easy with great, friendly service. Found the room large and spacious and very clean. The bathroom and bath were a great size also. Good amenities in the room, didn't need to ask for anything extra. We had a comfortable night sleep - the bed was good and soft. Took advantage of room service- prompt and efficient. The full English was enjoyable too, and good quality. We hadn't pre-booked, but they squeezed us in on the day which we both really appreciated. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
