Let's start with your arrival. Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with. Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to navigate easily. A handful of bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The accessible room has a King size double and the option to add a sofa bed. Within the room, you can expect ample turning space for wheelchair users. Bedrooms also have everything you would expect from accessible hotels at an exceptional value for money. With tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.
For guests who are deaf, a vibrating pillow can be provided. These pillow alarms are designed for people who have a hearing impairment and will alert guests and visitors in the building to evacuate if the fire alarm is activated.
Your room also includes a complimentary robe and slippers, plus home-away-from-home services like ice buckets, which you can fill up in Chophouse Restaurant. 24-hour room service is also available.
The private bathroom has an accessible shower with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink, towel rail and shelving have been lowered. You'll find complimentary toiletries and space to keep your things within easy reach.
Parking is £9 per night at Cabot Circus (next door to the hotel). There are also limited Blue Badge holder spaces at the back of the hotel for £9 per night. When you arrive, please register your vehicle at Reception to avoid being sent a penalty charge notice.
