Celebrate a birthday, special occasion or the weekend with what we think is the best bottomless brunch in Cardiff.

The Taste of Wales Afternoon Tea includes delicious finger sandwiches, mouth-watering homemade cakes and handmade scones with lashings of cream and fruit jam. It is served with unlimited servings of tea or coffee, but we highly recommend continuing the theme with Welsh Brew Loose Leaf Tea. Included in the bottomless afternoon tea offer is up to 2 hours of unlimited Prosecco.

Thomas Restaurant is a vibrant dining venue in the heart of Cardiff Bay that offers a memorable culinary experience. Known for serving locally sourced produce, the menu showcases a delightful range of British and Welsh dishes, ensuring that diners can enjoy an authentic taste of the region. From hearty breakfasts to leisurely lunches and indulgent dinners, it is ideal for both hotel guests and locals alike.

Additionally, the restaurant features an inviting bar area, perfect for enjoying a drink. In the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor terrace. A large selection of drinks is also available, including popular local brands Brains beers, Penderyn whiskey and vodka, Benjamin Hall gins, and Cariad wines. Naturally, there's a good choice of soft drinks, including refreshing fruit juices, tea, coffee, and mocktails.

Gift Vouchers

Disabled Access

The open-plan restaurant is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly there is no disabled toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Free Parking

Guests at Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the restaurant consoles or reception consoles when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Take advantage of our free electric car charging whilst you dine.

Terms and Conditions

Served daily from 1pm - 5pm. Pre-booking is required. A £10 per person deposit is required, and the remaining balance 24 hours before your booking. Our Restaurant Team will contact you to arrange the payment if you book online. The booking will be cancelled if the customer is uncontactable.

Bottomless prosecco for up to 2 hours from the time of table reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service if any guests appear too drunk or abuse the system. One drink will be served at a time.

Gift vouchers are only valid until (and including) the expiry date displayed on the front of the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and are non-refundable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative or different experience. They cannot be replaced if lost, misplaced or stolen. Redemption is subject to availability and may not be possible on city event dates.
