The Accessible Twin Room is large and spacious with two Queen sized beds. Within the room, you can expect ample turning space. It is filled with Canadian furniture as a nod to our Canadian heritage. All rooms have a desk with workspace, a laptop safe and a telephone with free local calls.

Our accessible hotel rooms and disabled facilities offer a comfortable stay and various accessories to accommodate different needs. Let's start with your arrival. The car park is large and flat, with limited blue badge parking in front of the hotel. However, there are 220 parking spaces in total. Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with. Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to easily navigate.
In the private bathroom, there are walk-in showers with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink has been lowered as well as the towel rail and shelving where we put your complimentary toiletries to keep things within easy reach.
Room features include individual air conditioning and heat control, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, a flat-screen TV with Freeview, vegan-friendly toiletries, and a complimentary robe and slippers.
All guests get free parking, electric car charging and free WiFi. Further hotel perks include a guest ice machine (found on the 1st floor). You'll find an ice bucket and wine glasses in your room. Also on the first floor is a guest laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.

Children: Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge when sharing a room with a least one adult, using existing beds, on a room only basis. Breakfast can be added at a supplement of £7.50 for children aged 6-12. Children 5 and under stay with free breakfast included.
