Please pass on a massive thank you to all the staff who worked last weekend and helped make the hotel experience so enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. And the positive comments and feedback were from the players and third parties.
The Reception was light, bright and spotlessly clean, with helpful, friendly staff. The hotel was immaculate, clean and tidy, and the rooms were lovely and spacious.
The bar staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, as were the team in the dining room. Players commented on how excellent the breakfast was; there was plenty of choice, the cooked breakfast was hot and delicious, the tables cleaned quickly, and the staff was courteous.
The Saturday function was brilliant, and although several players arrived back from the sporting venue late and thought there would be no food left when they came down after showering and changing, they were pleasantly surprised to see loads of food, and it was delicious. Everyone commented on the food's quality, and most people had seconds.
Adam, the DJ, was fabulous and went out of his way to go over and above to make the Saturday function as good as possible, and it didn't disappoint. Everyone was amazed with the lights and dancefloor, and choice of music.
I am sending a massive thank you to you and your team. The support we received to deliver our Spring Leadership Conference was fantastic. The rooms were set up beautifully, giving us the professional vision we wanted to portray. Everything was so well thought out – from the room setup, tea/coffee facilities, PA system setup and lunch. Free car parking is available for all of our conference and event bookers. The business centre is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting.
The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets. Children are more than welcome to join your celebration. An under-12 children's menu is available, and under-5's eat for free.
