Stayed for one night for a wedding in the Bay. We arrived at 12.30 and were able to check in straight away. A bonus as it meant we could get ready comfortably in our room before having to head off. The room was spacious and clean with a robe and slippers each. Comfy beds and pillows and tea and coffee making facilities. The shower had good pressure and the heated towel rail was a nice extra as were the toiletries. The hotel was quiet at night and we slept really well. Breakfast was fab. A huge selection of hot and cold food and drink and really tasty with it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here and at other Future Inns in the future. Kim G

We used the Future Inn hotel in Cardiff Bay for accommodation for both our out of town guests and for our wedding party in April 2022. From the initial booking process Martin and the team were so helpful, making the whole process of booking a block or rooms so easy and stress-free. The hotel rooms were immaculate and the King Suite was an amazing space for me and the bridal party to get ready on the big day! The team even wrote my husband and I a wedding card which was such a lovely, personal touch! The breakfasts were excellent with a huge amount of choice, all of our guests commented on how good they were. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again! Jo F

We stayed here the night before and after my sons wedding. A very friendly hotel. Our twin room had two double beds which were extremely comfortable. Large and airy room with good storage facilities. Attending a friend's wedding over the weekend and what a lovely place Future Inn Cardiff Bay was. Everything for this day was made extra special from the welcome and friendliness of staff to the lovely food provided for the Wedding Breakfast and Party food in the evening. From the lovely area's to sit and be made comfortable to cleanliness of the toilet facilities. Bar staff helpful at all times. Plenty of car parking including disabled parking. Wheelchair access is excellent and toilet facilities for wheelchairs. You have to register your car as you enter so you are not charged. There are plenty of sign's telling you to do this. Situated right in Cardiff Bay and the sights and sounds a short walk from the hotel. You will not be disappointed at a stay over here when visiting Cardiff. The Bride told me this was a Jewel of a Hotel they had found for their special day.... that says it all. Pamala M

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Cardiff for a family wedding. It is a 10 minute walk to the Millennium Centre and Cardiff Bay shopping area and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms we had were spacious airy and spotless. In Thomas Restaurant the dining and seating area was very well run and spotless. Breakfast each morning was hot and set us up for the day, and the evening meal was delicious and not too expensive. All in all this hotel added to the stay we had and meeting up with our family. Had a night here whilst attending a wedding. This hotel is well located with easy and good communications to the whole Bay and City area. There's plenty of free on-site parking (you need to register your reg number). It's very clean, helpful check-in/reception staff, our room was just an ordinary double - massive room and great en-suite bathroom, with lashings of hot water and a huge steel-bath - perfect in which to luxuriate. Window that opens, plus air con. A safe you can actually get your lap top in, excellent hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, good size fluffy towels, and useful well-stocked hospitality tray. The main bar is open until 1am, serving drinks, tea and coffee and light snacks. Buffet style breakfast is plentiful, and whilst the quality of a buffet breakfast is always less than a cook-to-order, the choice is good, it's replenished frequently and you can have a substantial stack up before going on your way. All in all, a delightful, good-value stay which exceeded our expectations. I'd actively choose to stay with this hotel group again. Aurora

Stayed the night after a family wedding at the Future Inn Cardiff Bay. Very comfortable bed in a spacious room with a lounge area. Very good night's sleep. The fluffy bathrobes and complimentary slippers were a very nice touch that some more expensive hotel chains don't provide. Well done Future Inns! Alison M

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived early as we were attending a family wedding, they were so helpful in making a room available for us to freshen up and get ready so that we could get to our destination on time. Customer service was excellent and the breakfast was very well laid out and something for everyone and the staff were very efficient and helpful. The rooms were amazing and well equipped. Must say though I did enjoy the large deep bathtub. We'll definitely recommend Future Inn Cardiff Bay to anyone who is visiting the city and we will be staying again on our next visit to the city.
