Future Inn Bristol prides itself on years of experience in hosting many multicultural weddings and events throughout the year at our Asian wedding venue Bristol. Understanding cultural requirements is very important to us. Therefore, we offer a great deal of flexibility so that we can accommodate every little detail.
Future Inns has become one of the best-known venues for its expertise in Asian weddings in Bristol and other cultural weddings. The team are experienced and understands the different requirements from all religions and cultures, understanding the importance of each and every event, making them unique. Our wedding services consider these, and because of this, have become well known in the South West.
We have the facility here at the Hotel for you to hold Civil Ceremonies, Nikah Ceremonies and other forms of religious ceremonies.
Our biggest suite can host up to 200 guests. They are modern yet elegant, with a neutral colour scheme and offer plenty of natural daylight, which will complement any wedding theme. The function suites are on the top floor of the hotel and offer some of the best views of Bristol city centre.
At Future Inn Bristol, we understand the religious and cultural expectations and the need for specialised cuisines at mixed-culture weddings.
Our Chef can create menus specifically suited to you and your guest’s palate, including specialist requirements such as providing Halal. Our in-house catering option not only gives you the freedom to tailor menus but also includes all the exquisite linens, glassware, cutlery and crockery, complete with a full coordinating and front-of-house service. When requested, it is possible to have female-only serving staff. We can also offer tailor-made drinks packages.

The venue is available on a hire-only basis. We also have special offers when booking your wedding on particular days and times of the year.
At the hotel, we pride ourselves on giving you the most memorable, relaxed and enjoyable day. Our dedicated team have the experience and knowledge to guide you through each stage of planning; whether it is a simple question or advice on preferred decorating suppliers, we are here for you.
We have no restrictions on which outside vendors you wish to use. However, they do need to have liability insurance, and any electrical equipment will need to have been PAT tested. If required, we can recommend some very professional and trusted suppliers for your wedding day.
Our Bristol hotel has 149 bedrooms to choose from which are suitable for families, couples, groups or wedding guests. In fact, some sleep up to four guests. All bedrooms are finished with authentic Canadian furniture, a nod to our heritage, soft furnishings and a bath or shower room.
Perks include parking, free Wi-Fi and a complimentary robe and slippers in your room. Plus, iron and ironing boards, tea and coffee-making facilities, bottled water, a flat-screen TV with Freeview and complimentary toiletries.

In the heart of Bristol City Centre, Future Inns is within easy access of the M32 and M5. The wedding venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample parking is available at Cabot Circus, next door to the venue, which is £9 per night. Making our venues suitably accessible for wedding guests travelling to attend your next meeting.
It is important to us that no one misses out on any element of a wedding day or feels left out. Future Inn Bristol is the ideal wedding venue for people or guests with disabilities or reduced mobility and wheelchair users. Our disabled facilities and fully accessible hotel offer a range of accessories to accommodate different needs. There is step-free access to every area, with wide corridors and large door frames. Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and is required to be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
