Disabled access
Let's start with your arrival. Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with. Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to navigate easily. A handful of accessible bedrooms are on the ground floor. Within the room, you can expect ample turning space. The private bathroom has walk-in showers with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink, towel rail and shelving have been lowered where we put your complimentary toiletries to keep things within easy reach.
Chophouse Restaurant is on the ground floor and is open-plan, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. An accessible toilet is found in the bar area.
Despite its top-floor location, the event suites are entirely accessible, thanks to lift access, wide doors on the whole level and fully accessible toilets. How to Get to Future Inns
Future Inn Bristol boasts easy access to the M32 and M5. The venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample parking is available at nearby Cabot Circus, with discounted rates for guests. Making our top Christmas party venue accessible for guests travelling to attend the Christmas party.
Parking at Future Inns
Christmas party guests and those dining in Chophouse Restaurant get 50% off parking at Cabot Circus Car Park, next door to the venue. Upon departure, please present your ticket to our reception team, who will validate it.
All guests get parking at Cabot Circus, directly across the road from the hotel, for £9 per night.
The car park is within the Bristol Clean Air Zone; however, entry and exit via Houlton Street avoids the chargeable zone.
We recommend double-checking your car's eligibility before travelling.
A drop-off parking zone at the back of the hotel gives you a strict 15 minutes to unload.
Limited blue badge parking is also available, but it needs to be pre-arranged with the team, again for £9 per night.
